Visiting NUAD Northwood for 10 years - always been excellent. Recent visit was very poor, therapist 'Ruth'. Felt more like a oil rub than any kind of massage. Multiple requests were made to apply more pressure. Eventually therapist said i only booked oil massage hence cant have more pressure. Never been an issue with my last 30+ visits to this branch! Technique was non existent, not relaxing and felt no different after the so called massage - just covered in oil! More training or change needed
