Really good back, neck and head massage - felt a bit tender the next day (I had requested firm pressure and my therapist certainly delivered) but my stress knots are all gone! Will be visiting again in future.

I loathe to leave a bad review of Nuad but my recent experience was quite frankly rubbish. The therapist asked me if I had any problem areas And I told her my upper back and shoulders. I asked for a hard pressure. The whole 45 minutes she she spent going over the same one shoulder. Constantly. This became very painful. She arbritarily did the rest of my back where she just rubbed oil into the skin. I had to ask for firmer pressure. This was so bad and I left feeling more pain than when I went in! My back still feels tight and my shoulder is in absolute agony
