First time having a massage at the Ruislip branch and it was a male masseuse. On starting the massage (Thai oil) I was asked what pressure I prefer and I stated medium. Unfortunately this masseuse was so heavy handed and completely disregarded my request that on so many occasions I asked him to reduce the pressure. I was in so much pain and two days later my back is still hurting. Will not be returning to this branch
