Booked for a 60 minute massage, however was sat in massage room for around 10-15 minutes before therapist came in, and she finished promptly on the hour meaning I only had a 45 min massage. I would have spoken to reception upon leaving, however there was no one there. Very disappointing.

I think this is the first time I felt more stressed after a massage ... stressed as I had wasted money. Therapist seemed tired like he just couldn’t wait to finish the massage and to be honest I couldn’t wait to leave as well. There was a lot of oil during the massage seemed like a bottle full might as well have been. Just reminded my partner never to allow me to go to nuad Thai again there are many better and more relaxing massage places. I don’t feel the therapist knew what to do feel my body aches more after the massage .
