The running of the place needs to be reviewed. If agreed a certain masseur/masseuse is available it should be final. Clients have taken days off etc to hve a massage by certain staff with too little notice if it changes. When prices increase clients should be told in advance not when paying. It needs to be run more slick and organised. Pity because it's a relaxing pleasant thing to do but needs more fine tuning.

Good value for money. Need to seriously work on your booking in advance system esp if you want a male masseur. They need to b available at all your sites. This pre arrangement was very disappointing and annoying. Pity as it blighted a good massage.

I have been a regular at Nuad Thai Ruislip since 2009. I can’t say I have been disappointed even once. All the therapist are highly trained (particularly recommend Anjana, Marina and Nadi). The fact Nuad Thai chain has grown from one branch to several over the last 10 years speaks for itself.
