Disappointed as I had booked requesting a therapist I was with the week before, I didn’t get her. The therapist I got had very little English, I asked for a relaxing massage but within a couple of minutes I had to ask her to ease the pressure. I finally began to relax when the receptionist burst into the room saying the therapist I had requested was now free!! I was too embarrassed to change therapists at this stage and my massage was ruined as I couldn’t relax!!
