I am usually very impressed by the service at Nuad but this one was disappointing. The staff were all over the place, they started my massage 15 mins late with no explanation and there was a lot of noise in the area outside the treatment room. I will stick to the Northwood Hills branch which is more serene and professional, in my experience.
