I went for the 90 minute herbal massage, as I had a few problem areas and had had a lot going on so really wanted to relax. Therapist was very thorough and made sure to check in on pressure and heat of compress. A problem arm has felt much better the following day. Only criticism that I forgot to say at the venue was the same song on a constant loop for 90 minutes is very annoying when there is so much lovely Thai or spa music around.
