I booked a 90 minute full body massage, but only got 60 minutes.
The Receptionist knew I had booked 90 mins because she confirmed it when I arrived - but she didn't convey that to the masseur.
When I pointed it out she said I could have a 30 minute foot massage. I agreed because I just could not be bothered to make a fuss.
At the end I just left quietly - but the Receptionist came running down the road after me saying that I hadn't paid. By now I was FURIOUS because I pre-paid via Treatwell.
IDIOT. And tell her to SPEAK IN ENGLISH when on the phone in front of me!!!

The massage was great, my therapist was really proffesional and friendly. She adapted the pressure of the massage when requested.
The room had a lovely ambience and was very clean.
