Did not live up to expectation. Continuously applied incredibly hard pressure after telling him to reduce on multiple occasions. No real understanding of massage so did not feel relaxed after. Head massage was bizarre, vigorously ruffling my hair and squeezing the back of my neck. Would recommend more staff training.

My previous treatments have been on the first floor, and I was very pleased. This time I was on the ground floor, and I could hear the next room talking and also other noises was disturbing.
Part from that everything was great.
