The massage therapist was very friendly. She asked a couple times what I had booked, for how long and if I wanted anything different. Temperature and ambience good. Receptionist was friendly.
I went in for a neck and back so I expected it to be really tailored and focus on this area but it wasn’t really. Overall body set and stretch and firm back massage with some work on one knot. Asked if I wanted a head massage - I didn’t. Was ok just didn’t feel like a specialist back/neck massage

This is the second time I have visited and both treatments have been great. Lots of attention to detail for example warm towels and hair band with hot towel to prevent oil hair.
