I have been having massages at N.T, Uxbridge branch for the past 6 years. Massages & staff themselves are not an issue, but year on year costs have risen substantially yet the premises is in need of significant repair in both maintenance & redecoration.
There are notable ceiling stains from leaks. One room has a door handle missing & variously there is need for redecoration. Toilets are a poor standard of repair with old WCs/leaks & poor standard of cleaning.
I am reluctant to revisit.

Back and shoulder massage was great. Lovely serene atmosphere and the massage therapist was very skilled and professional. Other staff were polite and made me feel comfortable. Wonderful experience overall - definitely recommend.
