I was disappointed with the service duration. The 45 mins should start when the massage begins, not include time to undress or find a hot towel, which took 3-4 mins, and it wasn’t even hot. Details like this matter, especially for loyal clients.

I was really tense so needed a good massage, especially to work out the knots in my shoulders. I left feeling really relaxed and refreshed. Although knots weren’t gone, I felt better overall and would definitely go again. Just wish the place was a little cleaner. Facilities need some maintenance but can’t fault the treatment and hospitality.

therapist was very good- adjusted pressure as required- enjoyed the experience overall...however, did find that her nails dug into my skin- was painful- have a bruise as a result.
