I highly recommend Thai massages than any other style. You notice the difference, especially with having stretches first, and having to turn over halfway,having not just a back massage but all over ie arms,legs, head etc. The Receptionist is always lovely & bubbly when I visit, the masseuse(for this occasion for the review) checked a couple times if the pressure was ok, although I felt comfortable to have said if it wasn't. You receive a reminder to drink plenty of water & to have a hot shower.
