I arrived about 40 minutes too early for my massage appointment and the receptionist (who is very friendly with positive energy) managed to get me an earlier slot. The massage room was well heated and i feel energised and at the same time very relaxed after my massage. I can highly recommend the Nuad experience.

The massage was excellent, and the service very, very good. The building itself has seen better days, and the ambience is slightly spoiled with traffic noise audible from the treatment room itself, but with such a good massage those things are quite irrelevant.

The therapist was pleasant and the massage was to combat a shoulder issue. I felt she did one repetitive motion over both shoulders forvthe duration of the appointment. The price was reasonable but I didnt feel like the therapist knew how to address target problems. There was also a fair amount of noise from other rooms. The room itself was very small and no appropriate place to keep clothes, just hangers from an ornament on the wall. I did like the heated bed.
