Booked for 3pm but they asked me to come back at 4pm which I couldn’t do. Won’t refund me, say I can come back another time. Not helpful as I had to get the pedicure somewhere else for an event.

unfortunately this wasn't the experience I had hoped for. there was no music, no privacy when undressing, and didn't feel like a good massage.
