They were running behind so had asked me about 30 mins before my appointment if I could come later. As I’d already left I couldn’t but she said they would make it work. Have been here before with no problems but this time was terrible. Super rushed, didn’t blow dry properly and left so many split ends (some of which were caused by the super rushed blow dry). Will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed and won’t be returning, unfortunately.

Nice and pleasant place. Stylists are nice people. Although their service is very good but a little bit more time and care on haircuts would generate even more fantastic results.
