The haircut itself was very disappointing. I had asked to change it several times to the style I wanted but it was not corrected on both times. I was quickly shifted out of the seat for the next customer before I could say otherwise. Not happy.
I was really disappointed with my treatment:
- Silva was 30 minutes late. It felt like she rushed to finish when the next appointment arrived.
- Communication was very difficult - Silva didn't speak a lot of English and others had to translate what I wanted.
- I didn't get the colour I wanted - when I pointed at a blonder colour she tried to insist on a rusty colour. You can barely see the colour within my hair and it's not blonde like I wanted.
- Charged another £20 for toner.
