Barbara was such a lovely person and made me comfortable from the moment I dm'ed her on instagram to the end of the service. She was conversationally amazing and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment all while being sensitive about my feelings. She gave me great suggestions on skincare and also offered some skincare advice and products that she sells without trying too hard to upsell all while talking through the benefits of each item. 'll be coming back soon!
