Barbara was so great! it's my second time coming to her, I'm still quite nervous about the waxing process but she puts you at ease straight away and you get to keke-ing in no time. She deffo takes time and pride in what she does, I'd recommend her to anyone!

Barbara was patient and made sure that I was at ease. She was thorough with the hair removal, checked in with me that I was ok with the temperature etc, and gave me aftercare advice.
