Came in for a gel manicure, it took almost twice as long as advertised. Finished result was lumpy and uneven, when I got home I noticed it hadn't even been topcoated across the whole nail, I had to fix it myself. I had gel cured to my skin in a couple of places and one nail has chipped and started lifting less than a week later. Joy was friendly and accommodating but it wasn't worth what I paid at all.
