Booked an appointment last minute to get my gel nails removed, first time in Number 10 and won't be the last! Joy was so caring even if it was the very last appointment of the day, she did not rush me, she was so sweet making sure I was feeling welcomed and relaxed and she did not hesitate to give me a service of 10/10 making sure my nails were filed properly and looking nice after the removal of the gel and gave me a lil hand massage which made the service outstanding.
