I had an unfortunate experience with a lower leg wax. Although the beautician was very attentive and thorough, I received a number of wax burns, where the top layer of skin had come away, which I've never had in 15 years of waxing. The wax seemed the right temperature so I'm not sure what happened exactly, but the salon was very helpful with aftercare and I'm on the mend already.

Felt so relaxed again at number 10. I was made to feel super comfortable and the massage was amazing. I got asked if I had any problem areas and they were given extra attention. Will be going back again in a couple of weeks
