It was a very clean and painless wax as usual. Precautions such as use of sanitiser upon entrance, use of masks and gloves were taken throughout.

Lovely staff and were very comforting during the waxing however I have noticed patches of hair left that weren’t waxed. Not a massive issue but did pay to have hair removed. Was also told my lower leg hair was too short to remove so was offered another waxing session in a couple of weeks free of charge

Nice person, but a lack of training and knowledge shows. Massaging over the spine itself is a big no-no + very little focus on actual muscle groups. As such, experienced no real benefit from it.
