I went in for a wash cut and dry. They were short staffed but i didnt mind waiting. I have long hair and explained i was fine with an inch and a half coming off but i wanted it to stay long. I showed her where i wanted it to fall. she went ahead and cut over 3 inches off. Its now medium, and very frizzy with the lack of weight, which is exactly what i said i didnt want to happen. Im really quite sad with the outcome. She apologied at the end for cutting too much. Will take 6months to grow back.
