Good cut, reasonably nice & efficient staff but not the warmest reception & no one offered me a drink, I had to keep asking for water.
One of the nicest bits of any hair appointment is the shampoo and head massage - my whole hair wash took 30 seconds and was disappointing start to the appointment. Can’t fault the haircut itself but the overall warmth and friendliness was somewhat lacking. I won’t be returning.

This was my return visit for the haircut. Once again the result was great, with attention to what I have asked for and consideration of my hair type. The stylists are very skilled, the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I am sure I'll be back!
