Booked as a bit of an emergency on a Saturday evening for and event the next day. The salon called Sunday morning, 30mins before my appointment and cancelled. They said their booking system doesn’t sync with Treatwell so the appointment was doubled up. I had an event to get to 2 hours later so couldn’t organise a new appointment. Extremely disappointing service. Only gave one star on the venue because I didn’t go.
