Really good, experienced and friendly however there was a few complications with other clients regarding the time of their booking and I had to wait a while to be served. However it was worth it due to the quality of device and friendliness of staff.

Terrible place. I booked an appointment and prepaid- the place was closed while I was standing outside trying to contact the staff- no answer (usually their doors are locked anyways, which is disrespectful to the customers as you don’t feel welcomed). Advice: if you cannot open the place at least reach to the customer through email or phone to urge them about the situation, I have just lost my time waiting for the appointment I could easily book somewhere else. I’m very disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back. Very unprofessional place.

not ideal. below average manicure not particularly well executed. got the sense that my booking was in error and inconvenient. no atmosphere. was told they didn't take cards in spite of card machine in front of me appearing to be in order.

It was a really good wax experience, the lady was really empathetic with pain etc
I would only say my appointment was aroun 15/20 mins late but she was fast so it finished the same time I expected.
Also I would have loved some powered around my bikini line as I’d been sweating so when it came to removing wax around that area the wax was sticking to my skin which left me really red and sore but other than that great!

Bad experience. The place was plucked when I arrived. The wax wasn’t good and lasting twice as long as it should.
