Took ages! 1.5 hours for a leg and bikini wax- I have red marks all over my legs - she wasn’t pulling the strips fast enough. Was slow and painful. Not good! Been here with a different therapist and totally different story.

Absolute worst wax I've ever had. I was reluctant to write a review like this but I've looked at the others & this is obviously not the first time this has happened. Never had such a degrading experience - waxes can sometimes be painful, yes, but the woman made me feel awful and embarrassed bc she seemed incapable. Honestly wished I had walked out immediately as I cried the rest of the day, ended up with a blister on my labia from the wax & barely half the hair removed

I showed up for my appointment and the salon was closed. Very unimpressed, this was a massive waste of my time

The colour selection is minimal, there is no ambiance and the my manicure was carried out poorly.
