I turned up for my appointment on time and the salon was closed. I tried calling and ringing the bell for 15 minutes but had to find another last minute appointment elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Used hard nail file down to bare nail and it grazed the skin. Have a few scabs around the cuticles and still have thin bits of gel on nails, probably because I asked to stop using the hard file on the nails, and that I'd rather remove the rest at home with polish. Conversation was based on what was the costs at the other nail place and that I should fill in rather then take off. Think my disagreement to wanting to keep them on created a negative atmosphere.
