Was surprise to find that a brazilian wax was different here in comparison to other places I've been to. I was made to pay extra for to remove areas that would normally be included. However, staff were lovely and the place was extremely clean and relaxing.

I was not happy with my visit because the lady who cut my hair seemed inexperienced and kept checking back with me for reassurance. She didn't talk whilst cutting my hair as she had to concentrate so much. The salon was not clean and was very cold. I did not think the cut met the professional standard to charge £30. Afterwards, my hair looked dull and lifeless instead of shiny and volumised like when I usually get a cut. I then moved on to my gel nails and the choice of colours was minimal. The lady had 2 new colours in a box and urged me to pick one of those. Luckily one was a nice red one. The gel nails lasted 6 days and then just came off very easily. The 2 ladies who were working here were friendly and nice but I don't think they meet the level of experience and professionalism you would expect from a salon and for those prices. I was told by Treatwell they would call me to try and rectify this but this happened before Xmas and I've heard nothing.
Great 15 minute massage for the money. Will definitely go again

I made an appointment on here but when I got to the venue it was closed. Luckily, I had chosen to pay at venue so I didn't lose any money, but it meant I could not get my treatment and did not have the time to make appointments elsewhere.
