If I could give this 0 stars or even negative I would. Unclean messy shop, old products, terrible colour selection and technician that clearly had no experience. Didn’t file my nails, forgot the base and left me under a uv lamp with tacky nails for double the time it should have taken. Left with tacky nails that I had to sort myself that were off within the week. Terrible.

Unfortunately my first booking was cancelled. Called up to confirm my second booking and was told they were expecting me; arrived to find the parlour closed - wouldn't recommend this place!

I had one of the most horrendous experiences of my life at this salon- went in for a Brazilian and the hot wax wouldn't set. After lying in a boiling hot room, the therapist had to pick it all off me- it took 45 minutes and was agonising- something went terribly wrong.
The therapist was lovely and was distraught that this had happened, but at one point tried to send me home to "pick it off" bit by bit myself- I refused and said she needed to do it as I couldn't see- obviously.
She actually then tried to charge me despite the fact that I was in agony, and crying very openly. We eventually agreed on 1/2 price. 3 days later I am still sore and red.
the therapist had been on holiday and kept on saying she had no idea why this was happening, but a look on the reviews on here tells me that it happened before- which is not the therapist's fault- but shows a lack of care by management at the very least.
Shame as the salon is lovely and they offer a wide range of treatments- but this issue must be sorted- it was awful, I really can't describe how painful, degrading and upsetting the experience was.
Bizarre experience. Most of the colours were not on a nail chart. The ones that were, the numbers didn't match! I didn't stay because I couldn't be sure what colour I would be getting. It's a decent salon and the person doing the treatment was nice but it was very inconvenient to have to leave without having my nails done. A bad experience.

The facial and massage were both good and the therapists were professional. I booked them to have together but 10mins before my appointment I was called and told the massage therapist was not in. Rescheduled to the next week but I was later emailed to move this again.
