Salon didn't know I was coming, despite booking in quite far in advance. Went in for a trim only and was there for almost an hour and a half. Booked through Treatwell for £40, then overheard another customer ask how much it would be for a trim and was quoted £30. Haircut itself was OK, but took ages for a simple trim. Also salon doesn't take card, and the nearest cash machine was out of service, so was told I had to make a dummy booking on Treatwell and pay on there which was a bit unprofessional, as I wasn't told this prior to the service being carried out. Was OK if you're in a bind and need a haircut on short notice, but wouldn't go back otherwise.

- When I arrived the lady wasn’t aware of my booking so she spent some time calling her manager for her to check out the payment I made went through.
- the wax was not ready so I had to do manicure and pedicure first.
- the space was not clean, dusty and towel used on manicure table had still some nails remaining from previous customers.
- tool for nails were clearly overused
- the serious issue here is the bikini wax: I came home with bruises right side bikini which expanded the day after becoming more visible and painful.
- I was so exhausted that I realised when I was back home that my legs and arm still had hair on my knees and near my foot and on my bikini area.
- she used a brush as my bikini hairs were to long, eyebrows brush taken from (where?)...
- service overall super slow, the lady was not aware of my arrive so I won’t blame her to not be ready for all the services but that doesn’t change the horrible experience.
- 4 hours in total.
I was not feeling well as well so I didn’t have the strength to complain straight.
I will definitely no be back.

Awful. I felt sorry for the hairdresser but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t cut hair and I left with something which looked nothing like I had asked for. It was uneven and patchy and I had to get my flatmate to try to salvage it before going to work. Needed another haircut to fix it. Don’t go here.
