Lovely massage and salon was clean but noisey at times though

The therapist was lovely and friendly but the selection of colours was very poor as was the quality of varnish. My one hour appointment took 2hrs and 15mins because the varnish wouldn’t dry, and my feet weren’t left smooth because they didn’t have the right tools.

Great staff - shame their shellac was out of date but very apologetic and accomodating. I will definitely return.
The beautician used strip wax rather than hot wax, which surprised me. She said my roots were particularly thick which is why the treatment wasn’t totally effective and she had to do quite a bit with tweezers. 48 hours later my armpits are still really red and sore

The salon was clean and staff were lovely brought latex free gloves as I have an allergy.Though I clearly rang to check this was a non chemical blow dry the lady on phone said it had fragrance,that’s fine.However during this process I had to wear a mask it was horrible the smell oh my goodness.My hair looked fab but if I had known it was a blow dry like this I would have cancelled.Communication break down.
