This is a lovely place, the staff made me feel right at home and the treatment was delivered to a high standard.
A bootleg hair salon, do not go!! especially if you're white, they don't know what to do with your hair - not properly trained/qualified, almost burst into tears - aweful experience

I had a Brazilian Blowdry with Fiori. The treatment was very professionally done and she gave me great advice about how to care for my hair. The ambience in the parlour was nice - all the staff were really friendly. Will definitely be going there again!
My pedicure was not a good experience. The person who did my nails seemed very inexperienced. At one point she attempted to peel my nails off with her fingers instead of the clippers. Several of my nails were cut way too short and are now painful. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
All staff arrived late to the salon. They had overbooked two other people and didnt seem to know what was going on. Once the beautician arrived, the wax was too hot, then removed too early which entailed a lot of tugging and frustration. What has normally been a 30mins max procedure was 55minutes and it was very uncomfortable compared to normal. Afterwards there was lots of wax left on me which wasnt very pleasant as I was getting a flight that day.
