Excellent service. I was growing out my hair for over a year and it had gotten out of control. Nuray was very attentive and delivered the perfect haircut. I will definitely be going back. The place is spotless. My prebooked spot was ready on time and they have great COVID friendly equipment and policies.
I loved the hair! I'm usually quite nervous so when I do get my hair done, I am picky. With her professional approach I was very comfortable and loved the hair she gave me.
*AVOID*WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER - left Nuray feeling bruised and mugged. She was two hours late for patch test.Appt date I booked 10am - kept me waiting 50 minutes. Washed hair roughly in cold water -blow dried my long hair without combing through and tried to brush after ripping hair from my scalp-I had to take the brush and do it myself. Paid in full through app for keratin long hair (my hair is just past shoulders) but demanded another £100+.First wash and my hair is exactly as it was b4 *AVOID*

Terrible ,horrified. Mortified . Go check on google reviews before using this shit place ! Absolutely fried my hair to the point it’s standing up in 180 degrees .meant to pay 35 but she charged me to 150 due to my hair being long and damaged and she needs to use ‘special’ treatment She chopped off my long hair Which I tried to grow , i am a broke student I showed her my bank and she decided to take all 60.i texted her the issue what my friends said she started calling my friends idiots. DONT GO
