I got eyebrow waxing done here. I really don’t recommend this place. The lady didn’t even ask how I want my eyebrows to look like. She only cleaned the eyebrows and didn’t shape them how I wanted it to be. When she was using wax on my eyebrows she would blow on my face to dry the wax. The staff wasn’t even wearing face masks. And because she couldn’t clean the eyebrows using wax she had to do threading on my eyebrows even though I had asked for eyebrow wax only.

I have a lot of hair and always struggle to get what I want in London. I asked for a lot of layers and that’s what I got! My hair looks much healthier and with a lot of movement. I am very happy about the haircut and with Nuray who was very kind and enthusiastic. The only downturn was that I lost more length than I wanted; still I will def. come back. It felt like a hairdresser from ‘back home’: simple place but excellent outcome.

Nuray was very professional asking what I would like to be done and doing exactly what I asked of her. Very happy with my hair cut, would definitely be going back as she is now my favourite hairdresser 😁

*AVOID* booked a patch test through app for 10am. Arrived on time to find the shop completely shut with the shutters down. Called the number on the board above only to have the phone answered and then put down - this happened eight times. Eventually got through to Nuray an hour later and she said she had another appointment - no apologies. I should of trusted my instincts at that point but as I already paid for my keratin hair treatment I returned a hour later for patch test.
