*AVOID* booked a patch test through app for 10am. Arrived on time to find the shop completely shut with the shutters down. Called the number on the board above only to have the phone answered and then put down - this happened eight times. Eventually got through to Nuray an hour later and she said she had another appointment - no apologies. I should of trusted my instincts at that point but as I already paid for my keratin hair treatment I returned a hour later for patch test.

Nuray was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. She spent quite some time to fix the damage on my hair. Will definately recommend and also visit myself. I received a lot of complimens on colour and cut. Love her work, thank you again Nuray

My last haircut was a lockdown haircut that I gave myself back in February. Nuray did a great job of fixing the mess I made. The blow dry was beautiful too. She curled and volumized my hair and it looked really nice! I have a lot of hair and it took a lot of time to do everything, so I really appreciated her diligence. It is clear that she loves her work, and it shows in her friendly and attentive attitude to customers.
