Nurse Natti was a delight. It was my first time having anything done and she was warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away with her professionalism and knowledge.
She explained everything with a confidence and calm demeanour which made the whole experience fantastic.
Nurse Natti even took the time on the weekend to check on how I was feeling which was a lovely added touch. She's fantastic.
I can't wait to go back and wouldn't go anywhere else!
