Professional manner with a friendly approach which makes treatments seem less clinical and easier for me to cope with being quite anxious about it all. She has been reassuring and encouraging throughout from our initial interaction which makes all the difference. I made a good choice deciding to start my PRP journey with Nurse Natti.
