Some of the staff are friendly, one in particular (who was doing my nails) was quite rude and rough in dealing with my hands (twisted my thumb in a way that it really hurt- she knew this and didn't apologise). She didn't seem to want to be there. All staff were using their phones, one even answered a personal call in the middle of doing a manicure. Great price but I found the experience actually quite comical. Equipment was dirty and not very enticing. If you are looking for a pampering treat I wouldn't reccommend going here however the prices are good if you are on a budget.

I was really impressed with the lady who did my treatments - she was very professional and quick. The manicure was perhaps a bit rushed but my nails do look great on both my hands and feet and it was very good value. The staff are all very friendly and put you at ease - would definitely return.
This service was ok. I had to wait a very long time about 40 minutes. The lady kept apologising and to make up for it offered my Xmas nail design with my gel for free! They looked great but because the bottom part of my nail only had 2 coats applied it chipped off after about a week.
The girl who did my eyelashes is very professional. The eyelashes look great and I will come back soon. The location is good and easy to find.
