Pretty the therapist was really good and thorough. The salon was extremely busy though and the facial is performed in the main area on a reclining chair so not as relaxing as I had hoped.
Salon was tidy and clean, staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

They were running a bit late but kept me informed of the delay. I said what time I needed to be gone and they made sure I was out for that time. My nails weren't rushed and look great -- one of the best Shellac manicures I've had at a very very resonable price.
I was able to book on very short notice which was great. The staff was very friendly, there were free refreshments and the waxing was good. The salon is very small in size though.
A really great salon with feel good ambience. They have good music playing too. Lovely lady on the front desk (maybe the owner). The therapist who did my wax was very efficient and obviously knew what she was doing. I felt like I was in safe hands at all times, which is hard to find with bikini/intimate waxing. It is great value for money, no frills but for such a good price. I will definitely be going back!
