Great professional service and good consultation on the best lash type to suit and maintenance of lashes, plus free in-fills for the first seven days after.
In a word, rushed.
Staff were friendly, but the Shellac Manicure was essentially just a file and polish, no soak or cuticle work, let alone a massage, and the job done on the polish was messy at best. Will return to try other treatments that other customers seemed happy with, but not a Shellac.
My wax was incomplete. After asking the specialist if the hair was long enough to wax she said it was.she then proceeded with the Hollywood wax only to tell me (once she had almost finished) that the hair was too short. Pass the point of a Brazilian I was left with goatee. To make it worse she left the wax that was applied and not used and I had to spend 10 minutes trying to remove the clumps. There was no hand towel/ dryer or paper towels in the bathroom and no bin. The floor in the "treatment" room was very dirty.
Excellent value for money, the salon was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Brilliant results - would highly recommend!
Lip wax was great, didn't hurt at all as much as it normally does. Very good job. The salon is super cute and Macy is really sweet.
