I had a very good experience and would recommend this salon. The service was friendly, professional, quick and more or less pain free. Good service and good value.
I ended up having lash extensions rather than a facial as the salon was very busy and running behind and I was short of time. The lady was very polite and has kindly offered me a complimentary facial at the weekend instead. The salon seems very popular in the local area providing nails, lashes and waxing treatments at very reasonable prices and with friendly service. It's great for every day beauty treatments, but not as well suited if you are looking for a bit of luxury or a relaxing ambience.
This was a great salon, very accommodating and friendly. Wax was very efficient. Good value for money, would go again
The girls were friendly. But... I guess I had a trainee without my consent as she had no idea what she was doing and another girl was kind of supervising her. I'm usually not over sensitive person but this pedicure was really painful! She kept biting my skin with instruments so hard that I almost wanted to jump in my chair. Also at the end of December it was freezing cold as they simply do not have HEATING in the saloon!!! Eventually I had to put my coat on as it was impossible to bear the cold temperature. And I had to keep asking them to put more boiling water from the kettle to keep my feet warm in the bath.
Varnish was applied badly and not even, I would do this job my self better...
The girls are friendly but it is not enough for this kind of money. Not happy...
The reception lady was very friendly but the rest of the experience was poor, especially the service received by the lady who carried out the treatment.
