This was a great salon, very accommodating and friendly. Wax was very efficient. Good value for money, would go again
The girls were friendly. But... I guess I had a trainee without my consent as she had no idea what she was doing and another girl was kind of supervising her. I'm usually not over sensitive person but this pedicure was really painful! She kept biting my skin with instruments so hard that I almost wanted to jump in my chair. Also at the end of December it was freezing cold as they simply do not have HEATING in the saloon!!! Eventually I had to put my coat on as it was impossible to bear the cold temperature. And I had to keep asking them to put more boiling water from the kettle to keep my feet warm in the bath.
Varnish was applied badly and not even, I would do this job my self better...
The girls are friendly but it is not enough for this kind of money. Not happy...
The reception lady was very friendly but the rest of the experience was poor, especially the service received by the lady who carried out the treatment.
I arrived 40mins early for my appointment and with no questions asked the girls saw me straight away even though it was busy. Great job. Didn't even hurt for a lip wax.
Really great experience at this place - staff are delightful made the experience so much better!
Only thing i was a bit disappointed with was the full service manicure didn't include any cuticle work on my finger nails but beyond that it's fab and they are still going strong
