Easy to find and close to the underground. Also, a very quick service. I was a little overwhelmed when I was handed a page of eyebrow styles but I was able to quickly speak to the specialist to convey what I wanted.
Great service - despite stupidly booking the wrong treatment they were really accommodating and my shellac nails look great!! They even gave me a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the service.
It was excellent value and the team was very welcoming. The shellac 7 day manicure was just perfect - will definitely return for any manicures/pedicures.
Had a lovely welcome with a cup of coffee and even though I had to wait a while even though I'd booked an appointment it was well worth the wait. My nails look great! Thanks!
SHOCKING! This was an absolute heart break and biggest disappointment. I booked it for shellac manicure and pedicure. When I booked my appointment salon owner said the whole procedure would take 1 hour 40 minutes. During my initial visit, the pedicure took a long time and subsequently I needed to reschedule my shellac manicure for another time. This was not a problem for me. However, when I arrived for my next appointment on Sunday 11am, I found salon closed and salon workers trying to reach the owner on the phone. I waited for half an hour and then gave up. I waited for the salon owner to contact me and explain what happened and reschedule my appointment. As this never happened, I contacted the salon myself. I thought I give them another chance and a chance to explain themselves. We rescheduled my appointment. Upon the arrival the salon owner didn't recognise me, didn't apologise, more to it - she said SHE WILL NOT SERVE me and gave me a refund. She did not provide a reason, other than saying that she chose to. This was the rudest service I have ever experienced in my life. Please AVOID THIS PLACE, as they will not respect you, but put on a fake smile and cold politeness. Also the salon is dirty and unkept.
