Staff were sweet and friendly.
Had a little communication problem with the nail technician but he did a good job and he was quite fast.

When not finding my way to the salon, I was met with very much understanding and I was able to reschedule my appointment. Although this venue turned out to be a place not a place that did not feel it easy to relax in, with loud music playing and offering only an awkwardly short curtain (the bottom bit half translucent) to cut us off from the hall and hair salon, the lady who treated me was very nice and efficient in her work. Coming home however, I noticed that there were some hairs left that would have been easy to remove had they not been neglected. I was surprised that the front part is what's included in their Hollywood waxing treatment, and that the back comes at an extra £5, something that I have never experienced before. However, upon expressing my surprise over this it all worked out fine, which I was very happy about.
I was expecting a 45 minute manicure but it lasted only 15 and wasn't what I expected it to be. My nails were only filed and colored which I could have easily done myself. Also was expecting a cleaner environment and more attention to detail.
The staff was really nice though but still that doesn't compensate for the mediocre service. Hope it improves!

The staff are friendly, the venue is a little rough around the edges, but is was a really good manicure and excellent value!
