Best wax ever

The treatment stated it would take 35mins I thought this meant the gel would be taken off with care and my nails would be left undamaged. Unfortunately this was not the case they took 15 mins to electric file them off and finished with an emery board not what I had in mind at all my nails have been left scratched, thin and weak. I could of done better myself at home.
