Shellac chipped less than a week after which was very disappointing. The beautician didn't ask if I was happy with the shape before she started putting the polish so corners of my nails weren't even and were very uncomfortable.

My gel manicure was taken off with a drill - no soaking at all. My nails are incredibly damaged as a result. They also filed down my (very long) nails instead of cutting them down and then filing. For £17 I was appalled at the service.
