The manicurist was 15 mins late. They apologised at the end when I was walking out but frankly 15 mins late is not good enough.I was given the nuouvo gel without even asking for it, I prefer my nails with the normal flatter gel. I’ve never had nuovo gel before &when she started to add the gel I wasn’t sure what was happening & she didn’t tell me. The gel is all bumpy & I can see old varnish. The salon is dirty.I’ve been here 5 times and spent a lot of my money but I’m not coming here again.
