Great as always! This was my second microdermabrasion session, and I think I'm starting to see results. I had to reschedule a couple of times too but Natacha was very flexible and understanding.

I've been to Natacha many times now, and am always happy. This time I asked for an extra treatment to what I had booked at the last minute, and she was happy to oblige, no quibbles or complaints (even though she was probably due to go home!) which I was grateful for. Even though waxing isn't the most pleasant thing to have done in general, I always feel relaxed by the end of my appointment.

This was my first time having microdermabrasion so I was a bit apprehensive, but Natacha put me at ease. She checked if there was anything in particular I was worried about on my skin and she took care around those things. It was overall a very relaxing experience and I can feel the benefit to my skin already. I'll be going back for more.

It was my mums birthday so I surprised her with a the amazing 1.45 hour facial and 1 hour traditional massage. we arrived late to the appointment because of the traffic that day but I was shocked at the customer service that Natacha served us with. Honestly. Just amazing! My mum loved it so much that she keeps pestering me to get something done. After the treatment you could clearly see the difference. My mum had a spring in her step and it felt like we had known natacha for years and years!! Natacha you are amazing and I will definitely come back since my mum called all of her friends as well! See you soon!!
Therapeutic Massage
Natacha is very professional and did a fantastic wax treatment with a bit of after-care. Despite being very pale with sensitive skin, I was barely red at all afterwards and my skin felt great. Will definitely go back again!
