It was my mums birthday so I surprised her with a the amazing 1.45 hour facial and 1 hour traditional massage. we arrived late to the appointment because of the traffic that day but I was shocked at the customer service that Natacha served us with. Honestly. Just amazing! My mum loved it so much that she keeps pestering me to get something done. After the treatment you could clearly see the difference. My mum had a spring in her step and it felt like we had known natacha for years and years!! Natacha you are amazing and I will definitely come back since my mum called all of her friends as well! See you soon!!

Natacha is very professional and did a fantastic wax treatment with a bit of after-care. Despite being very pale with sensitive skin, I was barely red at all afterwards and my skin felt great. Will definitely go back again!

This was my first visit and I had difficulty finding it, but once there found it very easy to park, right outside the door, which is a bonus nowadays. Had a wonderful hand and arm massage, manicure and hot wax hand treatment. I actually nodded off while the wax treatment was working as I felt so relaxed lying on the warm treatment table. Natacha was lovely and obviously a very experienced beautician. I will certainly try and make this and other treatments a regular treat for myself.

Manicure wasn't an hour long, I only booked it as it was meant to be an hour treatment. Microdermabrasion was excellent the 1st time I had it done, the second time wasn't as thorough; my skin felt smoother the 1st time. Good location with parking. Natacha very friendly. My advice not to book 2 treatments as once.
