Excellent! When I arrived I thought it was a bit of a strange location for a beauty clinic, but that really doesn't matter (in fact, it's super convenient as you can park right outside!)
Natasha put me completely at ease, and before beginning she asked me how I reacted to waxing usually to make sure I was looking after my skin. She gave me advice for how to take care of it afterwards to reduce redness too.
The environment was very comfortable and clean, and the waxing itself was spot on. I'll definitely be going back.
