I could not be happier with this salon. Had several beauty treatments and full head highlights with cut. Both Laura and Nish were absolutely wonderful. Welcoming and friendly to a new person. They gave good advice on how treatments would work and which colours would suit. Love my new hair colour. It is stunning but still subtle. And my beautiful nails and lashes have completed the look. Thank you both so much

Messed up my hair after paying £100 for a colour correction, as you can see there are 5 different colours in my hair which I didn't notice till I got home & looked in proper light "it should of been dark brown roots blended down into light brown. I sent messages & pics stating I wasn't happy & that I wouldn't be going back for correction as it wasn't the first time & stated I had booked in somewhere else to get it corrected as I didn't feel comfortable walking round with my hair like this. I got a reply back the following day saying someone would be in contact the following week to talk with me but never advised me that if I got it corrected anywhere else they wouldnt be able to compensate me. Obviously knowing that by the time someone got back to me I would of already had my hair done. Four days later I received a call basically saying they are not going to compensate me cause they can't tell by the pics, she said she would check cctv to see if she could see on there"which is very unlikely! I messaged today to ask if she had chance to check & that I appreciate the time spent doing my hair & would be happy to accept a partial refund to compensate me having to spend more money to get it corrected, my messages were read & totally ignored! I then posted a review along with a picture of my hair in natural light & within seconds it was deleted & I got a call, I was told they would look into it & that as they are busy it would probably be the following Tuesday I would hear back. Two days passes & still no response! Absolutely shocking
